JOB DETAILS:
The successful Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures within the facility. The role requires expertise in both commercial and industrial plumbing, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, fittings, valves, faucets, and drainage systems.
• Perform routine inspections to identify and address plumbing issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and implement effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors to coordinate plumbing projects and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with plumbing equipment and materials.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and inventory of plumbing supplies.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls and assist as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage of tools and equipment.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in plumbing techniques and technologies.

Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform plumbing tasks in various environments.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
