About ACHIEVE
Adolescents and Children HIV Incidence Reduction, Empowerment, and Virus Elimination (ACHIEVE) is a five-year, USAID-funded global cooperative agreement, which helps priority PEPFAR countries achieve and maintain HIV epidemic control among pregnant and breastfeeding women, infants, children, and youth.

The Two Objectives of the Project are to:

1) Attain and sustain HIV epidemic control among at-risk and hard to reach pregnant and breastfeeding (PBF) women, infants, children, and youth, as well as to mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS and prevent HIV transmission among these populations; and
2) Support the transition of prime funding and implementation to capable local partners to meet the PEPFAR goal of 70% of funding to local partners.

ACHIEVE supports programs in eight countries: Burundi, Dominican Republic, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Zambia, along with a multi-country Faith & Community Initiative.

ACHIEVE is initiating a new activity in Zambia, working in partnership with the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services (MCDSS) to improve health and social services to vulnerable children and adolescents and their families. ACHIEVE will focus on providing technical assistance to MCDSS to improve the quality, monitoring, and coordination of services delivered through MCDSS community structures and other partners working to improve access to health and social protection services.

ACHIEVE Zambia, is implemented by Pact Zambia and is seeking for quotations from reputable registered local vendors to supply Laptops.

All those interested in submitting their quotations for the tablets should send an email to ZProcurement@pactworld.org, with the subject line: “PROCUREMENT OF LAPTOPS AND DESKTOPS” requesting for a full Request for Quotation (RFQ 00017_08_2021).

Pact will then respond by sending you a detailed Request for Quotation (RFQ), which will include further information regarding specifications, requirements, instructions, submission deadlines, and more.
