Job Description:
As a Production Manager at Nutribunny Lifestyle, you will play a pivotal role in managing the production process, optimizing productivity, and ensuring that all products meet or exceed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage production schedules, resources, and staff to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor and control the production process to ensure it is efficient and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high product quality and reduce defects.
• Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure the availability of raw materials and supplies.
• Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks, optimizing processes to increase productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to production staff.
• Monitor and manage production budgets and expenses.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in production management or a related role, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of production processes and methods.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional training.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
