JOB DETAILS:
Palmridge Properties Construction Ltd is currently seeking to employ a highly skilled intern quantity surveyor to fill one vacant position.
Key Competencies & Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from a reputable institution.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Innovative and Proactive
• Ability to work out costings,quotations, bill of quantities and tender documents
• Ability to collabrate with team members
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to interpret blueprinyt (construction) drawings.
• proficiency in negotion skills
• keen attention to detail and exceptionaly responsible
• Time managment skills
Job Experience: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months:
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
