Ngoma Dolce Music Academy, Lusaka’s premier music institution, has been shaping the next generation of musicians since 2010. Located in the heart of Kabulonga, we offer a wide range of musical disciplines, including string, wind, brass instruments, recorder, piano, percussion, acoustic and electric guitar, voice lessons, and comprehensive music theory.

Position: Receptionist
Ngoma Dolce Music Academy is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented individual to manage our front office. As the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors, the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and customer care skills, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing front office operations, including answering calls, handling inquiries, and greeting visitors.
• Maintaining accurate records and schedules for both staff and students.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day office functions.
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Coordinating communications and assisting with administrative tasks as required.
• Managing phone calls.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 certificate. Certificate in Secretariat, Record Keeping or Office Management will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage.
• Residents of Kabulonga, Mtendere, Kalingalinga, and surrounding areas will be given preference.
