Roofing Nails, 1kg x 3″ (1,770 packs)
Metal Doors, 2mm x 90mm x 2000mm (708 doors)
Window frames with expanded metal and fly screen, 60mm x 60mm (1,416 frames)
Undercoat paint, Decotex 20 liters (354 tins)
Charcoal gray paint, Decotex 5 liters (708 tins)
Dutch blue paint PVA, Decotex 20 liters (354 tins)
Padlocks (Yale type), 60mm (1,416 padlocks)
Iron Bars, Y12 (708 bars)
Paint rollers, Large (708 rollers)
Paint brushes, 6″ (708 brushes)
Tender Requirements:

Financial Proposal: All bidders must provide a detailed financial proposal inclusive of all costs (VAT, transport, etc.) and a breakdown of unit prices for each item listed above.

Lead Time: Bidders must include the expected lead time for delivering the items after the order is placed.

Evaluation Criteria:

Price: The tender will be evaluated based on competitive pricing.
Lead Time: The delivery lead time will also be a crucial factor in selecting the successful bidder.
