The Zambia Red Cross Society in Lusaka would like to request your best firm offer for all or part of the following commodities:

Specifications:

• 40 FT Container
• with a working locking mechanism, no rust, no leakage, good condition flooring, intact structure.
• Length 12.2 m, Width 2.44 m and Height 2.59 m

Penalties:

Delay: Arrival after agreed delivery schedule will be subject to a deduction from the invoice of 0.1% per day up to maximum 5% of the total DDU value of the contract.

Validity:

• Your offer must remain valid for 30 days
• All or None Clause;
• We reserve the right to accept the whole or part of your offer and the lowest evaluated bid need not be accepted.
• Should your offer be accepted you will be required to sign and return an official order confirming your acceptance of the agreed terms and conditions.

Quality: Our officers will physically inspect the goods upon delivery

Inspection: Will be done by our staff

Payment terms: Bank Transfer

Documents to be submitted:

• Pictures of each containers (1 inside, 1 outside general view, 1 of each door)
• Quotation specifying the price, delivery time and payment terms
• Pictures of the containers to be supplied
• Record of previous similar supplies (Purchase orders or Good Received Notes or Invoices)
• Last 3 months bank statement of the company
• Company profile
• Certificate of incorporation
• ZRA tax clearance / VAT certificate

Remark: Seller is obliged to replace at his own costs goods which after inspection are not in conformity with ZRCS requirements.

Pertinent information:

• We reserve the right to accept the whole or part of your offer and the lowest evaluated bid need not be accepted

Price

• Break down per container and per site
• Total Price must include Loading, transportation and offloading costs.
• Prices should be VAT exclusive
