JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
• Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
• Utilize lead generation tools and software to optimize efficiency.
• Implement effective lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and content marketing.
Lead Qualification:
• Assess and qualify leads based on specific criteria, such as budget, decision-making authority, and interest level.
• Conduct initial conversations with potential leads to understand their needs and pain points.
Lead Nurturing:
• Develop and execute targeted lead nurturing campaigns to maintain engagement and build relationships.
• Provide valuable content and information to potential leads.

Sales Pipeline Management:
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline to identify bottlenecks and optimize the sales process.
• Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
• Track record in lead generation and sales development (Advantage but not essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) not essential, full training will be given.
• Willing to learn and coachable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and results-oriented attitude.
