JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales/hr consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales support and strategic human resources guidance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, coupled with expertise in human resources practices and policies.

responsibilities:
• collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for prospecting and closing deals.
• conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• assist in the creation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
• provide sales training and support to team members as needed.
• build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
• act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on sales strategies and best practices.
• conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• provide hr consulting services to clients, including but not limited to, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
• develop and implement hr policies and procedures tailored to meet the needs of each client.
• conduct training sessions for client employees on hr-related topics.
• stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to both sales and hr.
• advise clients on compliance requirements and risk mitigation strategies.
• prepare and present regular reports to clients on sales performance, hr metrics, and other key indicators.
• analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

requirements:
• bachelor’s degree /diploma/certificate in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• solid understanding of human resources principles and practices.
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• experience in consulting or advisory roles preferred.
