Job Summary:
• The First Aid Sales Promoter shall be required to propel the First Aid business towards success with the focus of identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with our existing clients through conducting thorough market research in order to identify potential opportunities for growth and expansion and analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:
• The Sales Promoter shall demonstrate first aid products to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and proper usage. He/She shall engage with customers to understand their needs, addressing their questions, and providing information on how the first aid products can meet those needs effectively. He/She shall work towards achieving sales targets by encouraging customers to purchase first aid products. He/She shall Gather feedback from customers about the products, observing competitor activities, and reporting insights to the Workplace First Aid Manager to help improve products and strategies. He/She shall monitor inventory levels of first aid products, ensuring adequate stock is available for promotions, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment. He/She shall represent the ZRCS at trade shows, health shows, demonstration, and also agriculture shows and other events to promote first aid products and expand the customer base. He/She shall be required to keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and promotional efforts, and preparing reports for Work Place First Aid Manager to track progress and

Qualifications and Experience:
• A diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
