JOB DETAILS:
Purpose Of The Job:
Conduct training in communication skills at artisan level, technician level and short courses in order to meet the skilled manpower requirements of KCM and external clients.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan & implement training programmes in order to ensure the delivery of quality training.
• Conduct formative & summative assessments in order to monitor progress and certify trainee competence
• Responsible for all training equipment, tools and materials under their charge.
• Conduct theory & practical lessons in accordance with KCM & TEVETA standards in order to ensure the transfer of knowledge and skills to trainees.
• Maintain discipline among trainees in order to enhance learning and inculcate good working attitude. Implement SHEQ policies in order to promote safety, health and risk awareness among trainees and instructors.

Requirements:
• Grade 12 school certificate
• Degree in English Education 10 years’ experience
• Excellent oral & written skills.
• Computer Literacy

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
