Are you a seasoned travel consultant with a knack for solving complex travel needs and delivering exceptional client service? We’re looking for a Senior Business Travel Consultant to join our forward-thinking Corporate Travel Management Company, leading the way in Zambia with cutting-edge Online Booking Tools (OBT) and expert consulting services.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
• Travel Expertise: Extensive experience in managing business travel, with a deep understanding of the corporate travel landscape.
• GDS Mastery: At least 5 years of experience working with Amadeus or Travelport GDS—you’re a ticketing and booking expert!
• Client Confidence: Stellar communication skills that build trust and foster long-term client relationships.
• VIP Experience: Proven experience in managing high-profile VIP clients with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Problem-Solver: Quick thinker who can navigate challenges and find solutions on the fly.
• OBT Management: A strong aptitude to learn and manage Online Booking Tools (OBT) for both clients and in-house systems.
• Pressure Player: Thrive in high-stakes environments, whether handling tasks independently or collaborating with a team.
• Time & Organization Wizard: Unmatched ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything on track.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years working on Amadeus or Travelport GDS with qualifications
• Ticketing Skills: Strong background in ticketing and fare management.
• VIP Client Management: Experience working with VIP clients, delivering personalized and high-quality service.
• Client Management: Proven ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and ease.
• IT Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including familiarity with travel management software.
• OBT Systems: Willingness and ability to learn and manage Online Booking Tools (OBT) for seamless client and in-house operations.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Min 2 References required
