JOB DETAILS:
• Our client is a multi-national Mining company with operations across Africa. They are looking for a seasoned Legal expert in the Mining sector.
• The successful candidate should have 6+ years of experience in specifically mining-related matters. Regulatory or Commercial experience will be considered. Ideally both.
• Considerable insight and a broad network within the Zambian Mining industry will be very valuable.
• Completed legal training at a large, reputable, or boutique mining law firm will be beneficial.
• Excellent corporate commercial drafting is essential.
• Knowledge of the pertinent Zambian Mining legislation and regulations is essential.
• The role reports to the Legal Executive and will include management of some junior personnel.
