About the Role:
The Shop Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth operations, staff productivity, and excellent customer service. This role involves managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve individual and team goals.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock replenishment.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure the store meets cleanliness, display, and merchandising standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
