JOB DETAILS:
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations at our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
1. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production personnel to ensure smooth operations.
2. Monitor production processes and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
3. Enforce adherence to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
4. Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs and coordinate with maintenance team for timely resolution.
5. Maintain inventory levels and oversee material handling to support production requirements.
6. Train and develop production team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
7. Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, logistics, and procurement to achieve production goals.
8. Generate reports on production performance, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
9. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in , Operations Management, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in a supervisory role within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
9. Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
10. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.
