JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
• SaaSnovations is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand the market presence of SYNC POS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, a deep understanding of the POS industry, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand SYNC POS market share.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the POS or retail technology sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
