Job description:
Drive organizational transformation and foster a positive work culture as an HR Change Specialist. Navigate change, implement innovative solutions, and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
1. Business Relations/Partnering & Management:
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic partner to business units, addressing unique challenges with innovative solutions.
• Provide HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.

2. Stakeholder Monitoring:
• Monitor and assess stakeholder engagement and satisfaction levels.
• Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Enhance stakeholder relationships through innovative engagement strategies.
3. Digital Culture Interventions & Communications:
• Lead initiatives fostering a digital culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement digital solutions for HR processes.
• Create engaging content for HR communications using innovative mediums.
4. Solutioning:
• Actively participate in solutioning sessions to address HR challenges and enhance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement innovative solutions.
5. ROI Assessment:
• Develop processes to assess the return on investment for HR solutions and services.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness and impact of HR initiatives.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on ROI assessments.
6. Project Participation and Team Leadership:
• Actively engage in HR and cross-functional projects, contributing expertise and insights.
• Provide leadership to a team of Site Liaison Officers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional growth and development.
7. Communication and Coordination:
• Effectively communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations to team members.
• Ensure clear and transparent communication channels within the team and across project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other departments and teams to facilitate seamless collaboration and information exchange.
8. Problem Solving and Decision-Making:
• Encourage a proactive and solutions-oriented approach within the team.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address challenges and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Make informed decisions based on a thorough understanding of project requirements and organizational priorities.
9. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and monitor performance against metrics.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project progress, team performance, and relevant metrics to senior management.
10. Continuous Improvement:
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and streamline workflows.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate relevant methodologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
