Introduction:
Chengelo School is a Christian, International, boarding school with a vision to provide the best quality education to produce future generations of leaders for Zambia and beyond. Located in a beautiful setting in rural Zambia the school comprises Primary, Secondary, Form 6 sections and an Outdoor Education Centre.

Position Available: Sports Coach
We are seeking a dedicated Sports Coach with a specialization in swimming. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coaching swimming at various levels. The ability and experience to coach other sports disciplines will be considered a significant advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, mentoring students, and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle within our school community.

Person Profile:
• Proven experience as a swimming coach, with a strong record of success.
• Certification in swimming coaching and relevant safety training (e.g., CPR, First Aid).
• Ability and experience to coach other sports disciplines are highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Commitment to promoting sportsmanship and healthy living
