JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
* Accountable for the planning and coordination of all inventory receiving activities.
* Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match purchase order criteria.
* Comparing purchase orders with supplier invoices and packaging lists
* Unloading, sorting, counting, receiving into Warehouse Management System
* Assists with inventory control by performing regular cycle counts
* Maintaining records of orders and receiving details
* Performs all necessary transactions in the ERP for materials being received or returned to the warehouse.
* Ensures products are properly labeled per procedure

Required Attributes
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
* Customer service and communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications and Experience
* Grade 12 Certificate
* A certificate/ Diploma in Business management, Purchasing and supply, Stores management or any related field is an added advantage
* Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations
Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs.
Strong analytical skills.
