1. Storesmen X 2 – Kalumbila Site & Manyama

Position Description
This position reports to the Workshop Supervisor. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.
• Move inventory and materials across facilities.
• Process inventory for delivery.
• Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
• Package items and label correctly.
• Delivered items and ensure quality.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
• Stack and organize large bulk items.
• Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location.
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
• Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations.
• Wear safety gear always.
• Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles.
• Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
• Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
• Give feedback on constraints to supervisor/subordinates as and when necessary.
• Alcohol must not be consumed or present whilst on duty.
• Carry out any activities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
• Grade 12 certificate.
• Diploma/Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Stores Engineering, Warehouse & inventory Management preferably in the mining environment
• Must have good attention detail.
• Must be computer literacy with competence in MS excel with exposure to sage or equivalent.
• Must be able to work on Microsoft and Stores Inventory.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
