JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Student Hostels Manager to run student hostels or boarding houses in Lusaka.

Roles
He or she will be responsible for the day to day operations of the hostels including coaching, training and supervision of staff. He or she will be responsible for managing student accommodation, managing bookings, profitability targets, marketing, resolving student complaints, routine maintenance of facilities, administration of tenancy agreement, compliance, customer satisfaction and business development.

Requirements
Candidates should have a Grade 12 certificate with degree in hotel management, education, tourism, business administration or related field and experience of at least five years in a supervisory role in a hostel, hotel, lodge or university facility.

Skills
Candidates should have ability to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
