Title:
Supply and Delivery of Two Thousand (2,000) Endpoints for the Rollout of CDF in Local Authorities

Introduction:
The Government of the Republic of Zambia, acting through the Office of the President, E-Government Division, SMART Zambia Institute, has allocated funds in its 2024 budget for this project. The funds are earmarked for the supply and delivery of 2,000 endpoints to facilitate the rollout of Constituency Development Funds (CDF) in local authorities.

Scope of Work:
This tender invites sealed bids for the supply and delivery of these endpoints as per the requirements set by the SMART Zambia Institute.

Bidding Process

  • Type of Bidding: National Open Bidding under the Public Procurement Act, No. 8 of 2020, and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022.
  • Documentation: Details of the bidding procedure and instructions can be found on the ZPPA website: www.zppa.org.zm.
  • Bid Security: A Bid Security is required in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).

  • Tender documents can be obtained from the Procurement and Supplies Unit, New Government Complex, 1st Floor, P.O. Box 31908, Lusaka.
  • A non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 is required to collect the tender documents.

  • Date: Thursday, 12th December 2024
  • Time: 10:30 hours (local time).

Submission Location:

  • Clearly marked bids must be submitted to the National Coordinator, SMART Zambia Institute, at the New Government Complex.

Bid Opening:

  • Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Bid Submission Deadline at the specified venue.

Important Note: Late submissions and telegraphic bids will not be accepted.
