• The primary purpose of this role is to increase sale volumes by receiving and processing customer orders (Inbound & outbound) and improve customer relations by attending to their queries

Key responsibilities:
• Call POCs for CXC orders following the loaded call schedule: Achieve 100% Call Compliance, Contactibility, Strike Rate and improved Order Generation.
• Knowledge of stock at-hand : Stock position verified at 08:00 hours every morning.
• Receive inbound calls via PABX facility and process inbound orders as per customer/ BDR requirement: Process inbound orders to improve order generation
• Order generation and capture:

• Degree in Marketing/ any Business degree
• Syspro
• Ms Office
• Flowcentric/Salesforce
• Good customer relations
• Independent worker
• BAND: XI
