JOB DETAILS:
We are currently seeking a Temporary Customer Service Assistant to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and relevant experience, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Assist with order processing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or similar).
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the oil marketing, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
