TENDER FOR A TWO-YEAR CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF GOODS AND SERVICES IN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES
Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is a non-governmental organization that supports community- based development programs in partnership with local organizations and the Catholic Dioceses. Inspired by its mandate to collaborate with both religious and non-sectarian NGO's as well as local government, CRS is committed to organization development and strengthening of these partners in order to promote sustainability and development of high impact programs that target the most vulnerable of the society.

CRS is hereby inviting bids from reputable and eligible firms to submit their bids in the following categories:
Contract for Goods
• Contract for Supply of Bicycles

Contract for Services
• Contract for Repair and Maintenance of Motorized Tricycles.
• Air Freight and Travel Agency Contract
• Contract for Internet Services
• Smart Trucking-Vehicle Trucking Services Contract
• Repair and Maintenance Service Contract for Air Conditioners
• Firefighting Equipment Maintenance Contract.
• Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Contract.

To obtain the full specifications, interested bidders should express their interest by contacting procurement@ers.org. The bidding documents will be shared with interested bidders from 3" June 2024 to 17 June 2024.

All bids must be submitted via email; no physical documents will be accepted. Interested bidders are advised to send their bids by email on or before Friday, 28 June 2024 at 11:00hrs local time. Late bids will be rejected.

Prospective bidders are invited to a Pre-Tender submission meeting on Friday, June 14, 2024, at 11:00 hours in Building 6 at CRS Offices.

Closing date for receiving bids is 28 June 2024 at 11:00 hrs. local time. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hrs. in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend virtually on teams.
