1. Introduction

TENDER TITLE: PURCHASE OF 2 VEHICLES AND 11 LAPTOPS
CLIENT: ACTIONAID ZAMBIA
ActionAid Zambia hereby invites national tenders for “The supply of 2 vehicles and 11 Laptops.” Participation in the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

2. Items to be Supplied
a. Vehicle Specifications:

  • Make & Model: Toyota Hilux Double Cab with a Canopy, 2020 model
  • Engine: 2GD , Diesel, Engine Capacity 2400
  • Quantity: Two (2)
  • Color: One silver and one white
  • Transmission: Automatic for both vehicles
  • Delivery: Within seven (7) days from order confirmation
  • Brand New

b. Laptop Specifications

  • Model: Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen 6
  • Processor: Intel Core i5
  • Memory: 8GB RAM
  • Storage: 512GB SSD
  • Display: 14”
  • Quantity: Eleven (11)
  • Additional Requirement: Each laptop should include a laptop backpack
  • Delivery: Within five (5) days from purchase order confirmation

3. Application Method
Interested suppliers/vendors are requested to submit the following documents:

  • Company profile
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
  • Valid registration certificate from PACRA
  • Financial Quotation

4. Submission Details
Well prepared bids written in English language, well bound in sealed envelopes will be submitted to ActionAid Zambia Head offices located at 38G Kabulonga Road, Ibex Hill, Lusaka.
Deadline: 3rd September 2024 @ 17h00.
The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 4th September 2024 at 10:45 AM at ActionAid Zambia conference-room. Late bids will be rejected.
