The Zambia Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA) has located funds for the procurement of Fuel and Lubricants and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for the supply of Fuel and Lubricants for Three (3) years.

Bidders must have filling station(s) for the area of the lot(s) they choose to participate in

Bidding shall be conducted through the Open National Bidding (OBN) Method of Procurement. Participation under this Tender is Limited to Citizen Bidders only as outlined under Section 39(2) of the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020.

To be eligible to participate under this Tender, the Directors of the company participating must be Zambian Citizens and the company incorporated by PACRA. A Bidder that is under a declaration of ineligibility by Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) is NOT eligible to participate

The Evaluations under this Tender shall take into account Preliminary, Technical Commercial and Financial evaluation.

Submission Procedure

The bids should be clearly marked "TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF FUEL AND LUBRICANTS FOR ZEMAHEAD QUARTERS (HQ) AND THE REGIONAL HUBS FOR THREE (3) YEARS".

The bids must be deposited in the tender box situated at the Zambia Environmental Management Agency reception area at the comer of Church/Suez Roads, Lusaka, on or before Friday, 20" January, 2023, at 10.30 local time and must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.

The bids will be opened soon after closing in the ZEMA Boardroom, corner Church/Suez Roads, Lusaka, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
