TENDER TO SUPPLY AND DELIVER CANON CAMERAS AND ACCESSORIES

INTRODUCTION

Child sponsorship is a means of generating long term and reliable income and support for Plan’s influencing and programming strategy. It is the cornerstone on which the organization was established and it remains the foundation from which Plan continues to operate today. Child Sponsorship is Plan’s largest source of income and support and is a key enabler of everything Plan does. Child sponsorship also guarantees Plan’s independence.

Over the last 75 years child sponsorship has adapted and evolved alongside changes to Plan’s programmatic approach and its global presence. Child sponsorship has embraced and benefited from changes in technology, with increased digitization and efficiency. Child sponsorship nurtures meaningful relationships with communities, families, children and Sponsors that enable Plan to establish long-term interventions with lasting improvements to quality of life. It is a solid foundation on which to build a global community that is aware of, involved in and united around the needs and rights of children.

The Building Relations (BR) team under the FY24 theme; “Moving towards excellence in sponsorship and resilience” intends to procure Cameras for capturing sponsorship communications for the volunteers.

We intend to procure  Cameras, for each of our communities with extra batteries, chargers and memory cards.

OBJECTIVE & SCOPE

• To have quality and timely submission of communications by using good cameras.
• To enhance the quality of photos shared with sponsors.
• To motivate the volunteers to be more productive other than waiting for the few cameras to be shared per zone.

OUTPUTS

Sponsorship volunteers renewed commitment to attaining excellence.

RESULTS

Maintain and produce good and quality photos.

To complete all communication on time and meet 100% KPI

Applications

• Tender offer/Quotation
• Three months bank statement
• Company registration certificate
• VAT Tax Registration /Clearance
• Three Traceable references
• The applicant/supplier should have no pending litigation status that would negatively affect this contract.
