1. Project Head: Mining Engineering With underground exp (10+yrs)
2. Maintenance Head: Mechanical Engineering With underground exp (10+ years)
3. Commercial / Stores Head: M.Com/MBA With mine exp (10+ years)
4. Accounts / Finance Head: CA / MBA With mine exp (5+ years)
5. Planning Engineer(Maintenance): Maintenance Engineering With underground mine exp (3+ years)
6. Accounts Coordinator: Degree Junior level position/ Female encouraged to apply (3+ yrs exp)
7. HR Coordinator: Degree Junior level position/ Female encouraged to apply (3+ yrs exp)
8. Safety Coordinator: Diploma in Safety Junior level position/ Female encouraged to apply (2+ yrs exp)
7. Commercial Coordinator: Degree Junior level position/ Female encouraged to apply (2+ yrs exp)
8. Warehouse / Stores Coordinator: Degree Junior level position/ Female encouraged to apply (2+ yrs exp)
9. Mine Captain: B.Tech/Dip Mining 7-8 yrs exp, as a supervisor in underground mining. Equivalent qualification accepted
10. Electrical Head: B.Tech/Dip Electrical or equivalent, 10 years of exp in electrical and management in UG Mine
11. Mechanical Head: B.Tech/Dip Mechanical or equivalent, 10 years of exp in mechanical maintenance in UG Mine.
12. Planning Head: B-Tech or Zambia equivalent, 5 yrs exp in Underground mine
13. Shift Boss: B-Tech/Diploma in Mining or equivalent, 5 yrs exp in Underground mine
14. Electrical & Mechanical Sup: B-Tech/Diploma in Mining or equivalent, 4 yrs exp in UG Mine
15. Mechanics/Machinist/Fitter/Welder/
Auto Electrician/AC Mechanics: – Diploma or Degree With underground mine exp (5+ years)
16. Hose Crimping specialists/Operators
of Loaders/Trucks/TLB/Others Any With underground mine exp (5+ years)
17. Crusher Operator: Any Qualification relevant, With underground mine exp (5+ years)
18. LHD Operators: Any Qualification relevant, 8 – 10 yrs exp as LHD operator in underground mining
19. LPDT Operators: Any Qualification relevant, 8 – 10 yrs exp as LHD operator in underground mining
20. PC Operators: Qualification relevant, 8 – 10 yrs exp as LHD operator in underground mining
21. SL Operators: Any Qualification relevant, 8 – 10 yrs exp as LHD operator in underground mining
22. LMV Operators: – Any Qualification relevant, 8 – 10 yrs exp as LHD operator in underground mining

SCHEDULE B – TYRE BUSINES – No underground mine experience required
