JOB DETAILS:
The Board of Mwense Trades Training Institute (MWTTI) under the Ministry of Technology and Science of the Republic of Zambia, situated in Mwense in Luapula Province is looking for a high Caliber mature person to fill the position of Vice Principal/Training Manager.

Job Purpose
To plan, direct, coordinate and control all training programs and general administration of the Institute.

The Job Holder Shall Be Responsible For:
• Administering efficiently and effectively the training programs of the institution.
• Promoting training programs in order to contribute to the development of Technical Education Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training (TEVET) in Zambia.
• Reporting regularly and whenever appropriate to the Principal on the technical performance of the institution; and
• Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Principal.

Qualifications
• Full Grade Twelve Certificate;
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or its equivalent;
• Post graduate Diploma in Education and teaching experience;
• Master of Education in Education Management, and professional knowledge in Human Resource and Financial Management or a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• At least five (05) years’ experience at Senior Management level (i.e. Vice Principal, Deputy Director and Head of Department) in the TEVET Sector; and
• Must not be more than forty five (45) years of age.
