JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
• The Warehouse will be responsible for efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations. He/she will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless flow of inventory, maintaining high-quality warehouse standards and fostering a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the organization, storage, and retrieval of inventory, ensuring accuracy and adherence to FIFO principles.
• Leading and managing warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing products, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Ensuring adherence to safety procedures within the warehouse to promote a secure and healthy working environment.
• Coordinating with production and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, accuracy in product picking, and on-time deliveries.
• Maintaining and ensuring accurate records of inventory levels, warehouse transactions and documentation compliance.
• Generating regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance for management review.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• Full Grade Twelve School Certificate (GCE).
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred with at least (3) years work experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse operations.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
