JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview:
• Share Vision Network is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Developer Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and project management, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive social change in alignment with our mission.
• As a Web Developer Coordinator, you will oversee the development and maintenance of our web platforms, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that our digital initiatives align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of Share Vision Network’s web platforms.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.
Monitor site performance and implement necessary updates and improvements.
Coordinate web development projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
Lead and mentor a team of web developers and interns.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Implement and oversee quality assurance protocols to ensure the highest standards of web development.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications.
Ensure compliance with best practices in web security and data protection.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web-related issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for web development processes and systems.
Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance web functionality and user experience.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the web development team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in web development and project management.
Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and popular CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for social impact and the mission of Share Vision Network.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in the non-profit sector.
Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO best practices.
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
