JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
Supervise blasting operations and ensure the safe handling and use of explosives in accordance with mining regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute blasting activities as per project requirements.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of explosives.
• Supervise and guide blasting teams.
• Maintain accurate blasting logs and records.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Valid unrestricted Zambian Blasting License.
• Valid First Aid & Silicosis Certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
