JOB DETAILS:
Our company, a leading provider of electrical and plumbing maintenance services, is expanding and seeking a dynamic Operations Manager with a background in Civil/Electrical Engineering. Qualifications:
– Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering (Female candidates only)
– Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ)
– Valid driver’s license
– Based in Lusaka

Experience:
– Minimum of one year of relevant experience in civil engineering or project management
– Experience managing technical teams on-site
– Ability to generate sales and manage client relationships

Responsibilities:
– Lead the sales efforts and generate new business opportunities
– Oversee and supervise the technical team on various projects
– Ensure projects are executed according to client specifications and industry standards
– Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
– Troubleshoot issues and ensure projects adhere to safety regulations and standards
