Development of Membership Database
ZaMEA is a professional association of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) practitioners in Zambia, with over 500 members from different sectors across the country. Our mission as a professional association is to support the enhancement of the M&E profession through advocacy, capacity building, and promotion of ethical standards and practice in the country.

We are seeking the services of an IT consulting firm with experience in developing membership database systems and websites. Specifically, we require the following services:
1. Development of an online membership database system with the following capabilities:
2. Support for multiple views of data
3. Sharing of data and multiuser system
4. Enforcement of integrity constraints
5. Restriction of unauthorized access
6. Backup and recovery facilities
7. Filtering capabilities and summary report generation at any time (number of members by gender, location, payment status, etc.)
8. Reminder logic to notify members of membership subscription due dates at least a month before
9. Activity tracking to show the level of user activity and Continuing Professional Development of individual members
10. Review and analysis of the current website
11. Enhancement of the key features of the website: https://zamea.org/
12. Integration of the database and the website
