JOB DETAILS:
Uptick Surveys is a data collection firm that collects high-quality data to provide evidence for decision-makers. Uptick Surveys is seeking enumerators based in Southern and Eastern provinces for in-person surveys and recruitment of participants.
Responsibilities:
• Recruiting survey participants and explaining project details to participants
• Collecting data from participants through in-person surveys and focus groups
• Proactive communication of daily activities to team lead
• Resolve issues that arise during data collection
• Participate in translation of survey instruments

Qualifications
• Grade 12 certificate required
• Proficiency in Tonga, Chewa and English – both written and verbal
• At least 1 year of enumerator experience required
• Must be based in SOUTHERN & EASTERN and able to attend training in-person
• Travel may be required for this post
• Experience with transcribing and translating interviews is an added advantage
• Ability to communicate proactively with field lead is required
• Previous experience with conducting surveys with SurveyCTO is an advantage
• Ability to recruit participants via door-to-door visits in Southern and Eastern is required
• Ability to meet survey deadlines with full-time availability for participant recruitment and surveying is required
