JOB DETAILS:
Moneta Finance Limited has a work environment that promotes diversity, embraces change, and provides leadership opportunities to every team member. We would like to announce new vacant positions in the capacity of Branch Manager.

The Branch Manager Role involves the following duties:
• Plan and monitor portfolio growth and outreach; that is, customer base and portfolio value
• Review performance of all loan products and formulate strategies to improve performance.
• Solicit business and attend to key company customers in order to grow the business. This includes enhancing Stakeholder relationships within the branch catchment area.
• Communicates and implements new ideas and marketing strategies within branch market area to improve sales, marketing, and staff development.
• Plans and initiates promotional measures within the target markets of the branch with a view of achieving portfolio growth and market dominance.
• To Monitor and evaluate the work of the Branch Senior Loan Consultant and Loan Consultants.
• Review staff performance and recommend to the Operations Manager on measures to improve performance.
• Review and approve all Branch Performance evaluations to ensure compliance with Human Resources process.
• Boost branch staff morale through counselling and creating a conducive work environment as well as monitoring staff discipline.
• Coach and mentor staff to achieve required performance levels.

Education And Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferably Business Studies and/or accounting; Business Administration; Banking and Finance or related discipline. A sound knowledge of micro finance principles, and practices of banking.
• High level of customer service and strong willingness to work in the field,
• Strong business management and negotiation skills.
