JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for an analytical accounts receivables professional to assist our accounting department as it receives, processes, and collects on goods sold or services rendered. In this role you will be required to review account information, correct discrepancies, and ensure that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected.

Responsibilities
Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
• Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
• Processing and recording transactions.
• Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
• Generating reports and statements for internal use.
• Bank reconciliation, submission of returns(VAT,PAYE,NAPSA) follow ups.
• Stock management/inventory management.
• Any other responsibility assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree accounting, finance or related field
• Atleast 3 years experience in similar role.
• Strong math, computer skills
• Excellent communication, research, problem solving and time management.
• High level accuracy, efficiency and accountability.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
