JOB DETAILS:
Ideal candidate will be involved in the following duties and responsibilities;
• Establishing and managing crops for our Potato Project
• Supervising junior staff as well as students on attachment from agricultural institutions (colleges and university)
• Proper record keeping. Willing to strictly follow GLOBALG.A.P. and other certification schemes which will be requirements to meet our clients needs
• Time management in terms of meeting up with timely supply chain demands.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required.The candidate will be required to perform the duties of farm management
• Good knowledge of best agriculture practices and able to implement them to the fullest.
• Good accountability and organizational skills.
• Good team player

Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years experience with traceable references
• Knowledge and experience in potato crop production and
• Knowledge in export standards an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to plan and control workload, prioritize correctly and see actions through completion
• Self starter.

Qualification
• Diploma/ Degree in Agronomy/Crop Science/Soil Science from a reputable College or University


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
