JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for friendly, neatly-presented and experienced chauffeurs to join our team. The Chauffeurs’ responsibilities will include fetching clients, driving them to specified locations, and ensuring that the vehicle remains in excellent condition. The chauffeurs shall also ensure that each journey remains safe and pleasant for each client.
This position will be on a consultancy basis for a defined period of time. This entails that the incumbent will have pre-arranged days and time of offering their services to the organisation

Responsibilities:
• Driving clients to their destinations.
• Assisting clients with the loading and unloading of their baggage and other personal belongings, as needed.
• Starting and stopping the applicable trip tracker at correct times.
• Selecting the fastest route to the client’s destination, unless otherwise requested.
• Informing clients of services and attractions that may be of interest to them
• Adhering to road regulations and customer safety at all times
• Invoicing and processing cash payments when required
• Ensuring that the vehicle remains clean and in excellent working condition at all times
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Requirements:
• Certificate in Business studies/Marketing/Logistics/Mechanics (including full G12 Certificate)
• Valid and clean driver’s license held up to 5 years or more (preferably C1)
• Familiarity with GPS or any trip tracking software
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and sober character
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
