JOB DETAILS:
Successful candidate will work in our Network Operating Centre(NOC)to provide first point of contact for any(new or existing) customer queries or issues. He will be trained to use our CRM and Service Monitoring Systems to enable you to check the details of the customers to enable you to triage each call before passing them on to the Support Engineers or carrying out first line support. You will be expected to document,track and ensure issues are updated in our ticketing system and follow through proactively internally with the relevant departments (including field technicians)to ensure the issue has been resolved to the clients satisfaction.
Academic Qualifications:
• Minimum- Grade 12 complete certificate,an internationally recognized Advanced Diploma in an Information Technology (IT)or related field and a knowledge of internet protocols such as TCP or HTTP. (A college or University degree in the technology field will be and added advantage
• Experience: 1-2 year’s previous Customer support experience in the Technology sector. Working knowledge of PC operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications. Must possess strong communication skills,ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances. At least 1year on-the-job experience working with common network tools to troubleshoot issues will be an added advantage
