JOB DETAILS:
Bigtree Brands (BTB) is a dynamic Company and has rapidly grown into one of the largest beverage companies in Zambia. We are urgently searching for highly motivated and result oriented individuals.

LOCATION: MULTI FACILITY ECONOMIC ZONE (MFEZ), LUSAKA

8. ENGINEERING STOREKEEPER

Reporting to the Engineering Store Manager, the role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering storeroom. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records of materials and supplies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inventory Management
• Stock control.
• Receive stocks from vendors/ Suppliers through procurement department, inspect and accept or reject them depending on the quality and specifications given.
• Storage and organization
• Consolidate daily activities, monitor, and report on all issues within the stores to review, establish, and advise on stock levels for timely replenishment of stock.
• Compile Reports on Shortages, Losses, and Obsolete or Expired Stock
• Record keeping.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Stores / Warehouse Management or relevant equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in storekeeping, inventory management or related field
• Familiarity with engineering materials, tools and equipment is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems and basic office software.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Physical fitness to lift and move heavy objects as required.
