Exciting career opportunities are available at Intercontinental Lusaka! We’re on the lookout for top talent to join our team in the following roles:
• Guest Service Agent (1-Year Contract)
Qualifications:
• Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
• Great communication skills
• Fluent in English, with strong negotiation skills
• Three (3) or more years of related work experience in front desk operations, preferably in a similar role
• A great team player, able to work well under pressure
• Computer literate and tech-savvy
• Working knowledge of Opera PMS system will be an added advantage
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Professional Certificate
