Job Summary
The Health and Safety Officer will implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of safety among Lafarge’s staff and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety training and emergency drills.
• Perform risk assessments and regular safety inspections.
• Investigate accidents and report findings to management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in health and safety, preferably in manufacturing.
• Certification in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
