Requirements
• Grade Twelve Certificate
• Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management on related course
• Must have 1 – 2 years’ work experience in a (3) three or (5) five star hotel
• Ability to work without constant supervision
• Able to work awkward hours
• Customer focused with good communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Action oriented & a great team player
• Possess Hotel product and industry knowledge
• Ability to offer prompt service

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
