Invitation for Expression of Interest Provision of Consultancy Services for Design and Supervision of Construction works of Nyerere Plaza and Manda hill Kilimanjaro Plaza in Lusaka Zambia the United Republic of Tanzania Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation

1. This invitation for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) which appeared in TANEPS on 21st September, 2022
United Republic of Tanzania Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation jobs in Zambia
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation during the Financial Year 2022-2023. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Provision of Consultancy Services for Design and Supervision of Construction Works of Nyerere Plaza and Manda Hill Kilimanjaro Plaza in Lusaka Zambia.
a. Lot One: Nyerere Plaza (Mixed Use Project G+9 plus 2 basement parking) on Stand No. 6829, Corner of Katima Mulilo and Kabile Roads, Olympia Park (Lot 01); and
b. Lot Two: Manda Hill Kilimanjaro Plaza (Mixed-use project G+4 plus 1 basement for parking) on Stand No 3821, Manda Hill Road Olympia Park
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services which include Provision of Consultancy Services for Design and Supervision Construction Works of Nyerere Plaza and Manda Hill Kilimanjaro Plaza in Lusaka Zambia for the period of 42 calendar days for phase One.
4. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultant's profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar nature and conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
5. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 as amended in 2016 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 - Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016 (hereinafter called Procurement Regulations).
6. Selection will be conducted through the Quality and Cost based selection procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.
Submission Procedure
7. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information from the office through www.taneps.go.tz.
8. Expressions of Interest (EOI) must be delivered through www.taneps.go.tz on or before 3rd March, 2023 at 15.00 Hours East African Time
9. Late Expressions of Interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
