In line with its mission, the Bank is seeking to recruit highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies:
1. MANAGER - RETAIL BANKING (1)
Reporting to the Director - Commercial, the job holder will grow the Bank's retail customer base along with related transaction activities with the primary goal of satisfying retail customer needs and grow the Bank's retail deposits, loans, advances and income.
Execute effective sales and marketing of the Bank's products and services and cross-sale as appropriate.
The job holder will ensure satisfactory service to all the bank's customers from all customer segments through the Bank's branches and agencies. .

Job Qualifications:
• Grade 12 School Certificate;
• Degree in Economics or Business Administration or ACCA/CIMA or degree in any relevant field;
• Minimum of Five (5) years of relevant experience with at least three (3) at managerial level.
• Marketing certification an added advantage.
