JOB DETAILS:
Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning Training Workshop, 18 – 22nd November, 2019. Training fee: K3000 or USD 450 for international participants.
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) concepts and fits them within the logical framework used to track progress, make adjustments, discover unplanned effects of programmes, or judge the impact that we have made on the lives of those with whom we are working. Participants will also familiarize with the concept of learning and how to capture and capitalize lessons learnt and good practices from different interventions. .
Job Responsibilities:
• Understand the basic concepts underlying Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning
• Develop MEAL indicators, systems, performance plans and frameworks;
• Elements of data quality and data quality systems
• Support the development of MEAL work pieces such as program baselines, mid-term reviews and end lines;
• Equip participants with an understanding of Quality Improvement Strategies
• Monitoring and evaluation design for utilization
• Manage, analyze and ensure data quality
• Managing evaluations
• Understand project reporting and feedback mechanism
