JOB DETAILS:
Manufacturer of electrical switchgear and motor control systems
On a day-to-day basis, required to complete data entry, collect transactions, track debits and maintain and monitor financial records. Also expected to pay invoices, complete payroll, file tax returns and even maintain office supplies.
Specific Tasks:
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Submission, review and rsolve all staturory payment relation to the business i.e. VAT, P.A.Y.E, Income Tax, NAPSA AND NHIMA
• Submit Annual Returns to Patents and Companies registration Agency (PACRA)
• Preparation of monthly payroll
• Preparation of year-end financial statements and attending to Audit Queries for Audited Accounts

Work Hours: 8
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
