JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE
To provide technical support in the storage and distribution of goods in order to ensure smooth operations of the Authority.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Prepare timely inventory records in order to provide stock control
• Undertake effectively receipt, storage and issuing of goods in order to facilitate operations of the Authority
• Undertake timely reports on the movement of stocks in order to facilitate decision making
• Provide effectively database of obsolete goods and in order to facilitate decision making

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
• Minimum Primary/Secondary Education:
• Full Form Five/Grade Twelve School Certificate
• Minimum Vocational/Professional Qualifications
• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or its Equivalent
• A paid member of Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply
• Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience:
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Communication Skills
• Written Skills:
• Ability to write reports in English

Oral Skills:
Able to communicate in English fluently

Other Skills/Attributes
• Integrity
• Tact and diplomacy Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of ZPPA Act
• Negotiation Skills Interpersonal skills Innovative
• Computer literacy
